Ever had something on your mind that you don't know how to talk about? 'Beans on Toast' seeks to normalise the difficulty of talking about things that are on the listener's mind. Encouraging them to try and find their 'safe person' - and to also not pressure others to talk about their feelings if they're not ready to do so.

Mental health matters incredibly to Lucy and she hopes to connect with her listeners through her relatable lyrics and implement a sense of calm through her reflective, unique country sound.
